The battle was lost, but the war for the David (DAV) Enrique Malek Airport Expansion Contract is Not Over

Cedeno, Cedeno, & Associates, Omega Engineering,  PBS & J Caribe have filed a formal action claiming that the bidding process was not done fairly siting several shortcomings in the RIVA S.A., documentation.  Constructora MECO S.A. also filed similar complaints.  More to follow.
